Nicola attended the press launch of Slay In Your Lane: The Black Girl Bible - a bestselling guide to life for Black British women by Yomi Adegoke and Elizabeth Uviebinené. Nicola was one of the successful Black women featured in this book alongside fellow business leaders, academics, award-winning authors and celebrities.

Nicola Rollock co-edits a four-volume publication with leading academics in the field of Critical Race Theory (CRT). Published by Routledge, the set includes key texts on the genesis of CRT, whiteness and emerging debates.
Critical Race Theory in Education offers an account of society based on systemic, deep-rooted racist oppression that saturates our commonsensical judgements to such an extent that all but the most extreme racism appears normal and unexceptional, simply `business as usual'.
